The Directory

Pigment-aware practitioners

Search by name, focus, or location. Every listing is reviewed for alignment with the Registry's standards.

πŸŽ– Verify a certification
What the marks mean
πŸŽ– Certified Pigment-Aware Certified β€” this professional completed the Registry's training and passed our assessment. Membership opens the door to train; the credential itself is earned by passing β€” it can't be paid for.
Verified License Verified Β· Credentials Reviewed β€” a check of standing, not a review of their work. For US professionals, License Verified means we confirmed a valid, active state license. For those licensed outside the US, Credentials Reviewed means we reviewed the credentials they provided.
Verified Pro Verified Pro — a paid membership held by a professional we have already verified. The Pro mark reflects membership; the verification behind it is earned separately and is never part of the fee. A member whose license we haven't confirmed carries no mark at all.
β˜… Featured Featured β€” a paid placement, always labeled as such. Paying for visibility never affects who is Certified or Verified.

Our promise: money can buy visibility β€” it can never buy a credential or a place in our vetting.

Why we exist
“I couldn't find the standard I needed for my own skin. So I built it for the next person.”

The hardest part of my own skin journey was never the skin β€” it was finding someone I could trust to treat it. That's the gap this registry exists to close.

How it works

Visibility that follows integrity.

The Registry is not a ranking system or a guarantee of outcomes. It's a curated platform that raises the visibility of professionals who treat melanated skin with education, restraint, and long-term health in mind.

A curated platform recognizing licensed estheticians, educators, and aesthetic professionals committed to thoughtful, pigment-aware care for melanin-rich skin. It serves clients seeking practitioners experienced in treating melanated skin with education and long-term skin health in mind.
Melanated skin has historically been underserved and frequently mistreated within the aesthetics industry, due to gaps in education, representation, and practitioner visibility. The Registry was built to help bridge that gap β€” because visibility should follow integrity and patient-centered care, not marketing budgets.
Inclusion offers increased professional visibility, spotlight and editorial opportunities, social exposure, and connection to individuals actively seeking pigment-aware care β€” alongside a thoughtful, curated platform that values quality over volume.
The Registry is not a ranking system or a guarantee of treatment outcomes. Listing in the directory does not imply endorsement of every service a professional offers. Pigment-Aware Certification is earned by passing our assessment β€” it is never included with membership and can never be purchased. Clients are encouraged to research practitioners, schedule consultations, and make informed decisions about their care.
